Chris Baus serves as Director of Development for Zephyr and is responsible for development of Zephyr’s web-based software solutions, custom solutions and data services team. Chris has spent the majority of his career working on the development of Zephyr’s core products. Originally, Chris was a member of the team that created the platform for StyleADVISOR. He then went on to lead Zephyr’s entry into hosted products: a service that provided Zephyr’s analytics to third party websites. Prior to Zephyr, Chris was a software engineer with Corel’s network product division. Chris holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Rochester Institute of Technology (Rochester, NY). He joined Zephyr in 1999.

Will Clemens serves as Chief Executive Officer of Zephyr and is responsible for planning and executing the strategic direction of the company. He has spent most of his career delivering technology and services to the investment management community. Prior to joining Zephyr, Will served as a member of the Executive Management Team at Advent Software in San Francisco, CA, where he was most recently Vice President and General Manager of the STP Business Unit. Prior to that, he was an investment banker with Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank, and was the CEO of Respond Networks, a venture backed e-commerce company. Will holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia. He joined Zephyr in 2010.

Mark Daniel, CPA serves as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and is responsible for strategic product strategy, evaluation of corporate partnership and acquisition opportunities and business relationships with major customers and data vendors. Mark has over 20 years of experience in the investment industry having spent eight years as an institutional investment consultant before moving to the technology side of the business. Prior to joining Zephyr, Mark spent 10 years with PerTrac Financial Solutions, LLC, a market leader in software applications for the alternative investment community. Before that, he was an investment consultant with Consulting Services Group and Morgan Keegan & Co., both in Memphis, Tennessee. Mark graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Business Administration from Rhodes College (Memphis, TN). He joined Zephyr in 2007.

Sandra McQuain serves as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Operations for Zephyr and is responsible for managing the administrative operations of the company and executing its strategic marketing initiatives. She brings over 20 years of executive management, public relations and government experience to Zephyr. Prior to joining Zephyr, Sandra was a co-founder and managing partner of Howell McQuain Strategies, a public relations and strategies firm. Prior to that, she worked for numerous state and federal elected officials including serving as State Director to a United States Senator. Sandra holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Mathematics from Trevecca Nazarene University (Nashville, TN). She joined Zephyr in 2007.

Thomas Witt serves as Director of Development for Zephyr and is responsible for development of Zephyr’s desktop software products and managing the quality assurance engineers. He is internationally recognized in field of software engineering and is a long-time member of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) working group tasked with standardizing the C++ programming language. Prior to joining Zephyr, Thomas worked for the University of Hanover in Germany developing software and consulting for the railroad industry. Thomas holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, both from the University of Hanover. He joined Zephyr in 2003.

Nancy Wolf serves as Senior Vice President of Sales and Consulting for Zephyr and is responsible for management of the company’s sales and consulting teams. She has spent over 20 years of her career providing portfolio analytics solutions to the investment management community. Prior to joining Zephyr, Nancy served as Vice President and Director of Consulting with Interactive Data Fixed Income Analytics. Prior to that, she was the founder of Nancy Wolf and Associates, a firm specializing in sales coaching and business development training and worked in key sales roles with Vestek and Thomson Financial. She holds a B.A. in Economics from Rutgers College (New Brunswick, NJ). She joined Zephyr in 2010.
